A prestigious and innovative law firm is seeking a Family Lawyer to join their team. This firm is renowned for its client-centric approach and commitment to providing tailored legal solutions. The successful candidate will work on a wide range of family law matters, offering expert advice and representation to clients. Our client is open to receive applications from senior or junior lawyers.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Handle a variety of family law matters, including property and children’s issues, dispute resolution, divorce/separation, and financial settlements.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face and telephone conferences with clients.
  • Draft correspondence and negotiate outcomes for clients.
  • Prepare legal documents such as Consent Orders, Divorce Applications, and Recovery Orders.
  • Appear in court for mentions, hearings, conferences, and trials.
  • Perform legal research and analysis.
  • Manage client files and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Liaise with Counsel and collaborate with other solicitors for support and guidance.
  • Take autonomy over your files while working closely with colleagues.
