Contribute and act for key maritime, ferry, yacht & aviation clients; advising on charterparties; Sydney CBD/WFH; 2-4 years’ PAE; Associate level;

Duties & responsibilities
You will be a shipping and marine insurance lawyer at the 2-4 year level (Associate).
About the role
Will see you act for key aviation, maritime, ferry operating/yacht clients in relation to insurance matters.
The cases you will be involved in include subrogated recoveries on behalf of cargo insurers and transit intermediaries; personal injury claims on behalf of international airlines; and commercial shipping agreements. Also act for marine liability insurers defending claims against freight forwarders and carriers.
