About this opportunity…
Working alongside several LIV Accredited Specialists within the firm this is a senior level opportunity eg. Snr. Assoc./Special Counsel in a busy role that will also interact with other complementary practices working collaboratively with an impressive clientele including investors & high net worth individuals requiring assistance with a range of estate/succession structuring, planning & litigious matters.  

You will be joining a highly experienced and professional team of specialists with dedicated support & excellent resources. At this level, it is envisaged that you will play your part in the fostering of further growth & development of the practice and the less experienced colleagues around you.   
  
It’s all about you…
This is an opportunity for an experienced Wills/Trusts/Estates Lawyer with a min. of 7 Yrs PAE together with:-

  • Demonstrated expertise across a wide range of Wills/Trusts/Estates issues including managing litigious matters; 
  • Strong leadership & mentoring ability; 
  • Confident & enjoy being part of and/or initiating business development activities;
  • Able to pro-actively, drive, prioritise & deliver desired outcomes for clients and the firm.
