Our client is a top ranking law firm which runs a progressive and well managed workers compensation/workcover and insurance group with a good team and management structures. It seeks a capable insurance & workers compensation lawyer to join it’s strong and friendly group. Opportunity to also enjoy some public and product liability, professional negligence claims, and asbestos work if desired. Work will involve some serious and catastrophic injuries, and the opportunity will also present to engage in contractual and indemnity disputes, multi-party litigation and recovery proceedings.
Working with quality partners who are happy to mentor and develop lawyers and to allow more experienced lawyers to run with matters, you will enjoy developing your skills and gaining hands-on experience.
