Together with his colleagues he seeks a lawyer with 3-8 years of post admission experience in transactional banking / finance and/or corporate and regulatory work. You will work on a wide range of legal issues while sustaining excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients. The work on offer is broad, interesting, and often high profile.
  
You will enjoy getting to the core of issues, debating & negotiating difficult situations in a tactful way being conscious of the effects your decisions may have on a business.
