The role: Will see you playing a key role alongside a close-knit team of leading lawyers and partners across public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, foreign investment and general commercial/corporate advice.

You: Will be a 2+ PQE corporate/commercial lawyer with solid experience gained within a large team or high end boutique practice.  You are self-motivated and entrepreneurial with honed technical and drafting skills.
