The Partner to whom you will report understands the role that a good lawyer plays partic in relation to the commercial dynamics; 3-5 yrs’ PAE;
- Previous industry experience
- Global brands
- All aspects of transaction
Skills & experience
You will be a Corporate/M&A Lawyer at the 2-5 year level.
Your new role
Work directly with a Partner who has invested a significant part of his career working on the client side of transactions and holding executive roles in commerce. He understands the time that is involved to build trust to originate a transaction, and the role that a good lawyer plays.
You will be involved in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, startup and venture capital fundraising, contract negotiation, general commercial and corporate governance.
