Skills & responsibility
You will be a Corporate & Commercial lawyer at the 8+ year level (Senior Legal Counsel).
Your new role
You will play a central role in supporting the Head of Legal APAC and will become a member of the senior leadership team. You will have a 3 year lawyer supporting you as well as a mid-level lawyer in Singapore.
Interacting across all areas of the business, you will advise in respect of a broad range of legal issues e.g. general contract law (shipping line, road and rail), leases, IT service agreements, procurement agreements compliance issues, construction/engineering projects, insurance claims and contractual disputes. Bring your expertise in drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements including procurement agreements, MoU’s, NDA’s, customer contracts, works contracts, road and rail access agreements, IT services agreements.
Risk, compliance, contract reviews and negotiation are minor parts of your role.
