This role will appeal to smart minded corporate and commercial lawyers who enjoy forging long term relationships with clients and being more than just a one-off transactional lawyer to them.
The client base is varied, but has a focus in the large listed space, as well as private equity.
To be considered you will have 4-8 PAE, be a stand-out corporate/M&A lawyer from a recognised firm with decent academics and honed people skills.
