This leading, busy yet genuinely relaxed corporate team boasts some of the best corporate, commercial and resources work going in Perth. This is a new role working directly under a highly respected and down to earth friendly partner in a strong team.

This law firm has continued to thrive throughout last year and the start of 2024 and is attracting continued ongoing work of the highest calibre. Enjoy working on a wide range of high level corporate and commercial work including mergers and acquisitions, joint-ventures, takeovers, and some international work including off-shore capital raisings. Equity capital markets experience will be highly regarded but is not essential. The firm is looking for an outgoing Senior Associate who can be held out to some clients as the front-person in deals. You will enjoy being exposed at the coal-face of transactions, and you will benefit from having an excellent team of more junior lawyers under you.
